In 2018, Jhon Ray Baco and RV Unessa Navia started 5C Virtual Assistance with a clear idea and a personal touch — the "5C" is a nod to their five dogs, each with a name starting with "C." That spirit of loyalty and care still runs through everything we do.
Backed by over a decade of experience managing virtual assistants — and joined from day one by Melissa Torreliza — they opened the doors with just five VAs. We chose to grow slowly and deliberately, because every client deserves real attention, not a number in a queue.
By late 2025 we'd grown past 100 VAs and counting. What began as a small passion project is now a mission-driven company helping businesses thrive with reliable, world-class support — delivered with consistency and heart.
